QUALIFYING ITEMS (50% Paid by Kappen Tree- 50% Paid by Employee)
Kappen Tree will pay 1/2 of the cost on these items ONLY the remaining 1/2 of the cost will be taken out of your paycheck. If you order any items that are not a "Qualifying Item", the ENTIRE cost of those items will be deducted from your paycheck.
